E-Business Specialist
About the Role
- As an E-Business Specialist, you will manage local web applications, ensuring they align with European/country legislation and E-Business/E-Commerce initiatives. You will analyze online shopper insights and customer needs to identify areas for improvement. Additionally, you will coordinate with local sales and marketing to maintain digital platforms, participate in regional projects, and implement e-Business KPIs.
What You Will Do
- Manage local web applications.
- Responsible to ensure alignment with European/country legislation and other BU E-Business or E-Commerce initiatives.
- Ensure that the local web sites perform in accordance with set targets.
- Ensure that defined E-Business / E-Commerce processes are followed in the country.
- Analyze online shopper insights and customer needs to identify areas for improvement.
- Coordinate and support sales and local marketing in maintaining the digital platforms (IT and software) that facilitate consumer and customer engagement.
- Participate in regional projects and represent the needs of the country and run local E-Business projects.
- Implement e-Business KPIs, follow up, analyze and drive corrective actions.
- Train/support local countries in implementation of E-Business tools and methods.
Who You Are
We are looking for a dynamic individual with a strong understanding of the digital ecosystem, including Google Analytics, Social Media, and E-Commerce. You should have experience working with marketing and e-commerce teams, acting as a consultant to optimize digital activities. Your ability to understand various digital touchpoints and proficiency in Excel and Google Analytics will be crucial for analyzing data and improving platform usability. Ideally, you have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role, demonstrating your skills and eagerness to learn and grow. Your collaborative spirit and innovative mindset will help drive our digital initiatives forward.
