About the Role


We are looking for an Associate Legal Counsel to provide essential support on specific legal topics within a designated area of law or country, under the supervision of a Legal Counsel or Senior Legal Counsel. This role is ideal for a recent graduate or someone with up to 3 years of experience looking to grow their legal career in a dynamic and supportive environment.

This is a full-time position based in São Paulo, with a hybrid work model.

Responsibilities

  • Draft, analyze, and handle routine contract activities with clients and partner suppliers (drafting, assembling, and analyzing instruments in Portuguese and English).

  • Conduct legal research on specific topics.

  • Respond to legal process demands.

  • Update legal matters with the Central Bank.

  • Review statutory documents and analyze and draft documents in Corporate Law.

  • Monitor partner law firms.

  • Provide sensitive and effective service to internal and external clients.

  • Maintain strong interpersonal and professional relationships (teamwork).

  • Be balanced, dynamic, perseverant, and quick to learn.

  • Draft administrative defenses for regulatory bodies.

  • Manage deadlines, personal organization, and time management effectively.

  • Communicate well both orally and in writing.

  • Have knowledge in Compliance and understand the Bidding Law.

Who We Are Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in law with OAB, postgraduate degree is a plus.

  • Reside in São Paulo - SP.

  • Fluent in Portuguese and English; advanced Spanish is a plus.

  • Minimum of 3 years of prior experience.
