Customer Marketing Activation Manager Iberia
About the role
As Customer Marketing Activation Manager, you will be responsible for, executing, recommending and evaluating marketing activities for selected top customers in Iberia.
Alongside local Sales you will execute online and offline activities with distributor partners with the ultimate objective being to achieve Joint Business Plans goals while helping build equity for the Tork brand and business growth.
You will report directly to the Customer Marketing Manager for Iberia & Italy and actively working with other colleagues in the Southwest & MEIA Region. The position is based in our Madrid office; however, under our hybrid working model, you will have the opportunity to work from home up to two days per week.
What you will do
- Activate Customer Marketing: Execute omnichannel strategies for strategic customers, including campaigns, communication plans, and product launches (online and offline).
- Support Launches & Campaigns: Drive product launches, innovations, and Segment/Brand campaigns in line with business strategy.
- Build Brand & Drive Demand: Educate distribution teams, foster brand advocacy, and generate demand through targeted initiatives.
- Optimize Product Mix: Assess and adjust customer portfolios with Account and Sales Managers to maximize performance.
- Enhance Knowledge & Training: Share best practices, lead customer training, and strengthen loyalty and engagement programs.
- Analyse Budget & Performance: Track budgets, measure campaign impact, and provide data-driven recommendations.
- Develop Training & Growth Materials: Co-create and deliver content to support product, brand, and service growth.

- Marketing Expert: Proven experience in marketing, with a strong understanding of brand development Passionate & Proactive: Driven by curiosity and a hands-on approach to marketing.
- Strong Communicator: Able to engage and collaborate effectively across teams and stakeholders.
- Analytical & Data-Driven: Skilled in making strategic decisions based on insights and performance metrics.

- Bilingual: Fluent in English and Spanish, enabling good communication across markets.
- Adaptable & Reliable: Open to challenges, flexible in a fast-paced environment, and available to travel (20%).
