Demand Planner South East and CIS
We are looking for experienced Demand Planner for our Consumer Goods division who will be responsible for the country groups of Romania, Bulgaria/Adriatics and Middle Asian countries. The role is located in Bucharest. The job reports to Demand Planning Manager.

What You Will Do
Analyze historical demand and identify outliers, apply the most appropriate statistical forecasting algorithm and make adjustments where necessary.
Generate new product forecast using the historical substitution and like modelling techniques agreed with Marketing and Category Management.
Manage promotions, monitor trends and understand the impact of the customer buying pattern.
Master and improve statistical forecasting with central hub and enrich forecast in close collaboration with assigned markets or brand counterparts.
Optimize forecast accuracy for assigned products, markets, customers to positively impact service, capital and cost.
Acts as the local interface to the regional team and work within the framework of the global demand planning processes.
Effectively communicate and engage with Customer team on operational issues, using scenario planning methods.
Participate in the S&OP process, actively drive continuous development and best practice sharing by using advanced analytics tools to understand forecast development.
Own the demand planning coordination and related activities cross-functionally, foster an open communication and act according company vision and values.
Reconcile these supply outlook considering diverse bottlenecks across the value chain.
Who You Are
University degree in Business Administration, Engineer, Logistics or related with focus on supply chain or degree in a commercial education with relevant experience
Min. 2 years of experience in Demand Planning, Customer Service, Supply Chain or adequate positions
Experience in forecasting systems ( for example SAP APO/ SAP R3/ SAP 4HANA) and related interfaces.
Strong well-founded analytical and Excel skills, enhanced MS Office and presentation
Great communication and conceptional skills, ability to challenge status quo.

Adaptability - Flexibility in response to changing priorities.
English and Romanian language knowledge is a must.
